Our medical office specializes primarily in bariatric and family medicine while also providing care for a smaller group of patients who require Chronic Pain management.
Phyicians role for this opportunity


follow-up patients receive a comprehensive on-site examination conducted by an APRN. Following the evaluation, the APRN refers the patient’s chart to an MD/DO
PHYSICIAN ROLE
to perform dedicated one-on-one telehealth consultation.
physician will manage by reviewing the patient’s monthly prescription regimen,
make recommendations and confirm established treatment plan is working effectively
and continue medications electronically directly to the pharmacy.
