Internal Medicine NP needed in Natick, MA

Hello, this is Alisha, Senior Principal Recruiter at Aya Locums. I'm reaching out today about a new IM need in Natick, MA. This position is in an inpatient psych unit, but provider will be treating non-behavioral health medical issues.

Contract Length: 3 months, 11/3 start
Shift Details: Schedule is Monday-Friday 8-4:30PM, Site requires candidate to provide full time coverage

Work Details:
• Avg. Daily Census: 10 per shift
• Support Staff: support from mid level provider, Social workers and nurses
• Practice Setting: Medical consults in an inpt psych unit. NP will be in IP Psych unit HOWEVER it will be for treating medical issues such as sore throats, rashes, med consults, diabetics
• Beds: 20
• Procedures: HMP consults. Consult service, ed coverage and inpatient rounding
• Patient population/age: Adults
• EMR: Cerner
