M-F coverage needed at IL hospital! August start date

Expected dates: 8/25/2025 through 11/25/2025
• Coverage is needed is - Monday- Friday, 7am-3pm. Every other week
• Capped at 12 PPD - 8 is an admitting estimate
• Full MD/DO support, RNs and Techs
• No procedures
• No call

REQUIRMENTS
• PA-C or APRN - Required
• Active IL License – Required
• BLS Certification - Required
• Availability per request - Required
• CSR/DEA Active for IL- Required
• Inpatient hospital admitting
• Bread & butter Hospital Medicine APP experience
• Epic
• Level II Trauma Center
• 329 beds
• Cover Sheet in Word format -- Required
• Two completed reference forms– Required
• Clean and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred
• PROOF OF COVID VACCINE IS REQUIRED TO WORK AT THE FACILITY - Required
• BLS (AHA)

• Patients per day capped at 12
• Level II trauma center - nocall
• Full support - no procedures
