We are seeking outpatient Internal/Family Practice Physicians in Arizona! See below details and shoot me a message if interested.
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri 7:30-5:30
Facility Location: Chino Valley
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Days per month: 20
No pediatric population and a high volume of geriatric patients
Required Procedures: toenail removals, lesion removals, Pap Smears, Joint injections.
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: Medical Assistant/Triage RN/Front Office Staff/Clinic Manager
Active AZ License - REQUIRED
Fellowship - REQUIRED
BLS, DEA - REQUIRED
Board Certified or Board Eligible
