About the clinician’s workweek
• Schedule: 3 days/week, 8am–5pm
• Patient-facing hours: 7/day
• Admin/charting: 1 hour/day
• Patient volume: 18–21/day
• Setting: Outpatient-only, no urgent care or hospitalist crossover
• Support staff includes MAs, patient care associates, and front office

Additional job details
• EMR: Epic (strongly preferred)
• Location type: On-Site
• Board Status: BE required, BC preferred
• Licensure: Unrestricted CA license + active DEA
• Certifications: BLS or ACLS required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years outpatient FM required
• Malpractice: Must have clean record – no exceptions
• Travel: Locals highly preferred – minimal to no travel coverage offered

Requirements
• Family Medicine trained (MUST be able to see all ages)
• Must have 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience
• Not accepting physicians with urgent care or hospitalist-only backgrounds
• Must be comfortable with EMR (Epic experience strongly preferred)
• Must hold active CA license, DEA, and current BLS or ACLS
