Internal or Family Medicine Outpatient Locum assignment in Chicago, IL

IM is preferred but would look at FM
40 hrs per week + Saturdays- either 1-2 times a month- if working on Saturday that week, one day will be a half day during the week
Athena EMR
No call
20-25 PPD
NO T&L - local
Spanish preferred not required
45-60 days for credentialing
DEA, BLS - Required
Will just be at the East Side location
8-5 then 8-1 on Saturdays
