Job description

📍 Practice Setting
Join a well-supported outpatient clinic serving a primarily Medicare (65+) patient population. Work alongside nurse practitioners, RNs, and MAs in a team-based care model.

Focus: Chronic care (diabetes, CHF, CAD, hypertension, mild cognitive impairment)

No hospital rounds or after-hours work

EMR training provided if needed

📆 Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

3-month minimum contract, with strong extension potential

No nights, weekends, or holidays

✅ Requirements
MD or DO

Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Active Indiana license & DEA required

Prior outpatient adult medicine experience preferred

✈️ Travel & Housing
100% covered: Hotel, rental car, mileage, and/or airfare
