Family Medicine Physician/ Nurse Practitioner needed for fulltime outpatient coverage in New York
• CHC located in Queens, NY
• Will accept a FP/IM or FNP/NP
• Saturdays only
• Ideally will see all ages, however willing to look at a provider who can see adults only
• ASAP-Ongoing
• Outpatient primary care: chronic care, sick & well visits, referrals, etc.
• 15-18 patients per day
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• Must have active state license and DEA and provider MUST be enrolled with Medicare & Medicaid
