Job Description:
Outpatient Primary Care Office Seeking a PT Physician
• IM or FP
• Adults only
• 1-2 years experience
• Seeking 3 days a week (Tues, Weds, Thur)
• 10a-4p or 9a-5p (flexible on hours)
• 15-20 patients a day
• Basic PC Duties: Sick/Well visits, chronic care management, blood work, imaging, etc.
• Full Support Staff
• Credentialing ~30 days
• Must have active license and DEA
• EMR: Integra
- Outpatient primary care setting - adults only
- Tues, Weds, Thurs,
- Fast 30 day credentialing
