Requirements
✔️ Active New York State Medical License
✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess symptoms and health concerns
✔️ Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic conditions (e.g., infections, hypertension, diabetes)
✔️ Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and treatment plans
✔️ Provide lifestyle and wellness guidance including nutrition and disease prevention
✔️ Monitor and adjust care plans based on patient progress
✔️ Maintain detailed medical records and documentation
✔️ Coordinate care and refer to specialists when needed
✔️ Support long-term care residents with ongoing management and education
✔️ Immunize patients and oversee preventative care
✔️ Participate in optional research, compliance, or educational initiatives
