Physician or NP Needed in a Community Health Center in The Bronx, NY
• CHC located in the Bronx, NY
• FP/IM or NP
• Must be able to see all ages
• ASAP - Ongoing
• Monday – Friday from 9a-5p
• 14-18 patients per day
• NY Medicaid enrollment STRONGLY preferred
• Outpatient primary care & Addiction Medicine: Chronic care, Sick/Well visits
• EMR: ECW
• No travel & lodging

• Physician or nurse practitioner
• ASAP to ongoing coverage needed
• Outpatient primary care, addiction med, chronic care, sick/well visits
