• DOT Certification Required, Can look at reimbursement
• Provider will do DOT Physicals, Pulmonary Function Exams, and some Urgent Care work.
• 2 to 3 Days a week
• Full support staff
• Ages 18 & Up Only
• 20-30 Patients Per Day
