About the clinician's workday

This role has a credentialing timeframe of 12 months and offers flexible scheduling: MondayFriday 8 AM5 PM or split between MondayThursday and TuesdayFriday. Call is negotiable and telephone-only, shared on a rotating basis. The provider will see 812 geriatric patients per day and handle admissions, discharges, acute evaluations, and 30-day evaluations. Candidates must be board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine with a Vermont license, BLS certification, and support COVID or flu vaccination if required. The clinic is well-staffed with RNs, LPNs, and MAs for strong support.
