Seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide outpatient care for Veterans, focusing on preventive medicine and managing conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, hyperlipidemia, and mental health disorders. Requirements:

U.S. Citizen; pass government background check

Active medical license in any U.S. state or territory

Board Certified/Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine

BLS, ACLS, NPI, DEA

Not on OIG Exclusion list; complete VA training and health screenings
