Locum Neurology APP needed in Rhode Island

Location: Rhode Island
Need: Locum APP for Neurology
Rate: Hourly, expenses covered
License: Prefer active RI license, willing to review those who need a license
Start:/LOA: Oct 2025-Feb 2026, good chance ongoing
Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ Days
EMR: Epic
Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, 6:30pm-7:00am (36 hours per week), must work every other weekend
Call Schedule/Responsibilities: None
Type of Patients/Cases: Neuro Critical Care, Stroke
Patients per Day/Volume: 4-9
How admits are handled for AM/PM (Does PM Physician cross-over and round?): TBD
Number of Beds: 18
Trauma Level: I
Code Response (Types and who handles): TBD
Miscellaneous Information: Would consider a candidate with mixed ICU experience as long as they have competence and confidence managing neuro conditions like stroke

REQUIREMENTS:
What is the minimum length of commitment requirement? Minimum number of shifts required per month? Must be able to work requested shifts; may take shorter than 13 weeks
Procedures/Cases Required: Neuro Critical Care
Certifications/Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, etc.): BLS, ACLS
Education Requirements (particular Residencies, particular Fellowships, etc.): Must have Neuro or Critical Care experience
Board Certified Required: Yes

Active State License Required? Yes; will consider license candidates. Licensed Candidates preferred.
