Medication management for a small group of Chronic Pain Patients
BEFORE PHYSICIAN RECEIVES CHART
Every patient will be examined by an ARNP, and Urine Drug Testing (UDT) will be performed on-site at the facility as the first step.

Physicians role.
TELEHEALTH CONSULTATIION
to evaluate patient treatment plan and manage patient’s medicine regiment by continuing patient’s regiment to the pharmacy electronically


This position is for immediate opportunity pay is 2500 a day and all physicians are paid weekly. This will be ongoing until the end of the year with potential for permanent.
