We are seeking a Florida-licensed MD or DO for a high-efficiency telehealth position, providing follow-up Patients only , care for a small percentage of established chronic pain patients within a general practice.

🔹 Streamlined Support Structure:
Patients are fully examined onsite by a PA or ARNP before physician review

All documentation is completed in advance, ensuring an efficient workflow

✅ Your Role:
Review fully vetted charts—including completed SOAP notes, urine drug tests (UDTs), and full patient assessments

Conduct telemedicine consultations for follow-up patients

Authorize continuation of established medication regimens electronically to local pharmacies

Ensure compliance with DEA regulations for medications that are scheduled and non-scheduled
