Locum Tenens Physician (MD/DO) – Telehealth FOR Chronic Pain Follow-Up

We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician (MD or DO) to provide telehealth services for a small percentage of established chronic pain patients within a general practice setting. This role offers a flexible schedule with 1–2 telehealth days per week, working 4.5-hour shifts at $2,200 per shift, paid weekly.

Patients are first seen on-site by a PA or ARNP, undergoing a full examination, comprehensive SOAP note completion, and vetted urine drug testing (UDT) before the physician reviews the case.

The physician will review the completed chart, connect with the patient via telemedicine consultation, and electronically continue their established medication regimen to a local pharmacy.

Medications may include both scheduled and non-scheduled prescriptions, requiring an active DEA license.
