Monday-Friday: 8:00a-4:00pm - Full time required
No call, no weekends
Adults
14 Patients per day
Support Staff: other Neurologists, 2 MAs, 2 front desk
12 Physicians and 4 APPs in group
EMR: Epic
Credentialing timeframe: 120 days, but temps available with clean file
OH license required
Board Certified required
BLS license required
Clean background required
Covid Vaccine required at time of name clear
