Location: Washington
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Nov 3 – 7
Nov 17 – 21
Dec 8 – 12
Dec 22 – 26
Dec 29 – Jan 2
Jan 12 – 16
Jan 26 – 30
Patient Volume: Approximately 10 patients per day
Setting: Outpatient only
EMR System: Cerner
Requirements:
Active Washington State license or IMLC eligibility
DEA certification
Board Certification in Neurology
Local candidates only
